Dear potential host family,

My name is Jalilah and I would be honored to join your family as an au pair. Although I don't currently have any formal qualifications in childcare, I do possess a certificate 2 in Health care. I come from a large family and have 5 younger siblings who I enjoy spending time with and help my parents care for. My plan for 2024 is to obtain a certificate 3 in childcare before taking off on my Au Pair journey.
I come from a culturally rich background; being a Torres Strait Island woman, I am very proud of my culture and love to share it with others. I would be honored to teach your family my language, cook our favorite family meals and teach your children our Favorite Island songs.
I feel I have plenty of experience with young children and would love to be a part of your family & share in your adventures.
