My name is Valeria Velásquez, political scientist from the Central University of Venezuela. I am reaching out to you with great enthusiasm and the desire to be part of your au pair program.

Since childhood, I have been surrounded by children thanks to my large family, which has provided me with extensive experience in caring for and educating children up to 14 years old. Additionally, I have had the experience of teaching music to young people between 11 and 15 years old at the Sistema Nacional de Orquestas Infantiles y Juveniles de Venezuela, Montalbán nucleus, which has allowed me to develop patience, empathy, and pedagogical skills. I am passionate about classical music, I play the flute and have basic knowledge of piano. These skills have taught me discipline and the importance of constant practice, values that I hope to transmit to your children.

I am willing and eager to learn. I enjoy the outdoors and am accustomed to walking long distances, I enjoy running, spinning, yoga and stretching, which I consider essential for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Likewise, I am seeking a balanced and loving family, with solid values and principles that aspire to educate their children to become upright and responsible adults. Furthermore, I value tolerance and understanding in the face of cultural differences and hope to find a family that respects established agreements and values honesty and open communication, just as I do. It is also of great importance to me to learn from you and integrate into a new culture; I am eager to discover the world.
