I took care my nephew 8yo also sometimes I took care my neighbors kids 5 years old and 3 years old . Also I used to take care of my grandma who 73 years old who can't walk. I also helping dressing and bathing my grandma, cooking porridge, helping to consuming daily her daily medicines. Now I took care my father who suffering from mild stroke.
