Rovelyn (26 / Ms. ), Filipino, Tourism Professional living in Philippines looking for Au Pair job in Luxembourg, Sweden & Denmark for 12-24 Months

Greetings!

I hope you are all safe and healthy.

I am Rovelyn ,single, 26 years old, from the Philippines. I was born and raised in the province wherein I have learned to persevere, be responsible and value hard work. I graduated in college last 2018 with a bachelor’s degree of Tourism Management. I chose this course as I extremely want to explore and learn different cultures. Sadly, my family is not financially capable enough to support me to experience this, that is why I took the opportunity of being an au pair in the Netherlands last 2021-2022 and I loved it that is why I want to do it again.

Firstly, I would like to share my short family background to you. We are seven in the family, five siblings; four girls and one boy, and I am the youngest therefore I was taught of how to do household chores. My father is a fisherman/farmer while my mother is a housewife and sometimes, she helps to manage my sister’s small grocery store. We have a great relationship with each other; open communication and supports each other’s dreams. We also love to go outdoor doing some activities, such as planting and swimming at the beach. My parents also love to cook, and I was taught of how to cook some Filipino dishes.

I understand that being an Au Pair involves childcare and I am glad to tell you that I have experienced that when I was in the Netherlands. Since the kids are already big enough (ages 11 12,15), I taught them a lot of things such us; being always kind, to be responsible with their belongings, etc. I also played, painted, danced, sang together and cooked with them. I made a great relationship with the family that up until now we message each other asking how’s life. Aside from childcare, I also helped the family on making the house clean and organized. I walked their dog also everyday. Aside from that, since 2016 up until now I am helping my sisters babysitting my nieces so I really have a lot of time with kids.
Aside from the experience of being an au pair, I also worked in the corporate world here in the Philippines and this is why you can entrust me with the responsibilities.

In addition, I want to share that I am an adventurous person, trustworthy, and friendly. I eat all food; I am not allergic to any. I do not smoke nor drink alcoholic beverages. My hobbies and interests are dancing (I started dancing when I was in kindergarten until College), sightseeing, and reading books to children as I have four nieces and they all love listening to stories. I really hope that these will help your beautiful children and bring joy to your amazing family.
