Letter to the family

Hello! My name is Mady and I am a 22 year old from the US.

I recently attended school in California, USA as a music major and graduated in June 2022 with my bachelors degree. I love traveling and want to add to the list of cultures I have experienced by visiting new places and meeting new people. My father's side of the family is from Switzerland and I will soon be a Swiss Citizen (exciting!). I hope to spend a little time living there (or in an area nearby where I can practice my Hochdeutsch) spending time with family, and rediscovering my culture.

I am most excited to simply create new experiences with my host family. I hope to have a unique cultural exchange and learn from my travels and can't wait to have a mutually beneficial experience.

Experience

I have experience with care of all age groups, new borns to seniors, and have experience house-sitting, pet-sitting, baby-sitting and interacting with large groups as a performer.
This past year I have also been working as an Au Pair for a German family. I look after a 1 and 5 year old and we practice our language exchange regularly!

I know I have much to learn about the world, but I am a fast learner for any job title and I am super open-minded with new approaches, parents' personal preferences, and developing new relationships.
