My name is Melisa Bohopo and I am 23 years old. I am from Madrid, the capital of Spain. I currently live there with my parents and my two brothers: Moisés and Reina. We all get along very well and enjoy spending time as a family.

I want to live the experience of being an Au Pair girl because it seems like the perfect way to get to know a new culture and a new country in a family atmosphere. I like to travel, I think it is a great way to meet new people and new stimuli. Personally, I want to improve my English and French and, in the company of children, it is the best way to learn.

I think it would be interesting for you to host me since I am a responsible, pleasant, really patient and, above all, empathetic girl. In my daily routine I am organized, decisive and dynamic. I really enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and of course also with pets! In addition, I am a very active person, always looking for things to do and new things to discover such as people, hobbies, places, cultures,… [# ##] I really enjoy spending time with children, I always worry about creating new games to keep them entertained and I love helping them with school or institute activities since it is very important that they do their tasks with a positive feeling.

I love babies, my older sister is the mother of a 9-month-old beauty and every time I go to her house I can't stop being with her, playing with her, and taking care of her. I also have experience taking care of preschool or even pre-teen children. I have taught educational support classes at the civic center in my neighborhood which consisted of helping the little ones with their homework and doing dynamic activities such as rehearsing and singing Christmas songs, plays, baking and all kinds of games.

In addition, I have been a children's camp monitor (about 60 children and 12 monitors) in spring. We taught the children to be in contact with nature, team sports, walks, interact and live with new children,... For two weeks I have helped them wake up, prepare to serve and eat breakfast, eat and dine, take care of of their personal belongings and clothing and put them to bed at bedtime. We did a lot of activities like crafts and games. We also teach them values such as responsibility, respect, sharing, gratitude and love.
