Lia (21 / Ms. ), American, Student living in USA looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Canada, France & Switzerland for 12-24 Months

My name is Omelia (Lia) , and I'm a college student from Richmond, Virginia in the United States. I'm graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate this August 2024, and I plan on taking anywhere from 4 months to a year off from school before going into the workforce.

I studied abroad in Paris for 3 months during the Summer of 2023, and I really enjoyed the French culture and trying to learn the language. I'm currently studying French and plan on continuing to do so, and au pairing is the perfect opportunity for the cultural immersion I'm looking for!

Preferably, I'm looking for a family who'd be willing to provide me with a studio apartment, or at least private access to a kitchen space and bathroom in/close to their personal home. Cities are most appealing to me, because there's so much to do, but I'm open to considering any towns or suburbs outside of major cities so long as there's easy access to it via transit. Partial assistance in covering my local transportation is also desirable, as well as covering a small portion of my meals. In exchange, I'd be happy to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and I'm willing to work overtime as needed.
