Letter to the family

Hello! My name is Miles, I am currently 17 years old (will be 18 in June) and I am looking for a family in which I can be an au pair for between 4 and 6 weeks this summer. I come from England and I have been studying French for 6 years. My level is quite high but I haven't yet had the opportunity to immerse myself in the French culture and language and I really like to have that opportunity. I will continue my studies at the University of Oxford where I'm going to study French and linguistics. I get on well with children and I have some childcare experience with younger family members, I'm willing to help them improve in English (although I would prefer to speak in French for the most part), as well as helping with household chores etc. I play the piano and cello and music is an important part of my life. Additionally, I enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities.
