I am writing to express my interest in the au-pair job and live-in tutor position within your household.

My name is Aleksandra, I am 21 years old. I live in Moscow, Russia. I am a student of the 4th year of Moscow State Pedagogical University. My specialty is teaching English and Spanish as foreign languages.

I have always had a passion for working with children and have pursued that interest through my education. I think that children bring joy and positive emotions to our lives, and I appreciate every opportunity to work with children, as you can always learn a lot from them. In addition, I have worked as a private tutor and have seen the profound impact that one-to-one tuition can have on a child's academic performance and self-esteem. Sometimes children and teenagers think that they cannot be able to learn a language or talk in it which makes them insecure. I believe in every child, and I will always support them. I am absolutely sure that knowing foreign languages gives people a lot of opportunities, that is why I am willing to teach my favorite languages.

As an au-pair and live-in tutor, I would bring my enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and cultural exchange to your family. I would love to be a positive role model for your children. I am accustomed to multitasking and can adapt to changing situations with ease. I am also a strong believer in the power of positivity and open communication. As for my experience, I have been working as an offline and online tutor for 3 years in English and 1 year in Spanish with children from 6 to 16 years old. My students achieve great results in languages. They are not afraid of making mistakes, speaking and they are eager to practice these languages. Also, in April 2023 I went to a camp as an internship where I worked as a camp-counselor during 10 days. I had a group of 22 ten and eleven-year-old children. It was an amazing experience which gave me a lot of skills and the deeper understanding of working with children of this age. I also was doing my internship in a state school as a teacher of English.
