Letter to the family

I am 24 years old and I am currently an English Teacher at a public school in Korea. I completed my PGCE in South Africa in 2022, and started working in Korea in 2023. I am passionate about all aspects of education, whether it be in a formal class setting or in a home setting. I thoroughly enjoy learning as well as seeing learning take place in others. Being an Au Pair & Live-in Tutor aligns quite well with my career path and personal interests.
I believe it would be beneficial for any family to host me since I am able to adapt quite quickly and easily. I am an easy person to work with and communicate with. I believe my multi-lingual background also makes me a great choice. My South African-German dual citizenship is also an advantage.
I qualify for this position because I have both qualifications and experience in education. I enjoy working with people and with children, and I have a lot to offer to anyone that chooses to host me.

Experience

Though I have no direct experience as an Au Pair, I think the closely related experience I do have is a great motivation for becoming one. I would enjoy being an Au Pair since it is an opportunity to work closely with children inside of their own routine. I would be able to meet their needs within the context of their own family and home. Individual attention and care is so valuable when it comes to education and learning. Being an Au Pair & Live-in Tutor is the perfect opportunity to provide this individual attention.
