Letter to the family

I am a 21-year-old smiling, energetic and welcoming girl. For the past year, I have had a sabbatical year where I have worked with children and young people with disabilities such as down syndrome and autism. I have found great joy in this!
Through my job, I have acquired the tools to work with people with different needs and learned to meet people where they are. I have long wanted to work as an au-pair/babysitter, and now the time has come for me to act on it!

Experience

My everyday life at my job is never the same, which is a huge gift when you work with people. Basically, a day at work consisted of helping young people with their daily routines, such as eating breakfast, getting to school, supporting them in their emotional states and just being there for them. Routines that I would hopefully be able to help with as an au pair/babysitter.
I am incredibly curious about the world and the different cultures, religions and traditions that different countries have.
By working abroad, I would be able to contribute the tools my job has taught me, as well as learn about different countries!
