Letter to the family

Hello! My name is Julia, and I am a 23-year-old elementary school teacher. I am from Upstate New York and am currently living in Florida. I studied elementary education in college and graduated after 3.5 years. I have worked in childcare since I was 16 years old. Becoming an Au Pair is something that has interested me for many reasons. I love to travel, and believe I am the perfect candidate for this line of work. I have a large family and have always been the one that they call for childcare. I worked at a summer camp for 5 years, with children ages 5-13. This included not only keeping the children safe, but also coming up with fun activities for them to do. Being a teacher, I am responsible and organized.

Although I do not have any experience living with a family, I have plenty of experience in childcare and working with children. I have babysat my since I was 12 years old, have first aid and CPR training, and am clean and organized. I have always wanted to travel abroad, and I believe this would be the perfect opportunity for me to do so without knowing anyone.
