Dena (21 / Ms. ), American, Unemployed living in Germany looking for Au Pair & Caregiver for elderly job in Germany, Ireland & Netherlands for 1-6 Months

Hello there!

My name is Dena (Dee-nuh), and I am currently seeking a wonderful opportunity to help your family out the best that I can (-: I am searching for an opportunity that would immerse me into a wonderful, new atmosphere, where I can learn different things from you all, and share some experiences of my own with you!

I was born in Germany, but I grew up in America. I am currently in Germany, though I have been travelling around Europe for the past month. Now that my travels have slowed down a little bit, I would like to participate in being an Au Pair to have the chance to be a part of an awesome, kind family, and care for you all the best way I know how. I am mainly looking for Au Pair opportunities in Germany since my family lives here, but I am also open for different areas as well!

Some of the things I enjoy are baking and cooking, so I could definitely make meals and sweet treats for you all if you'd like. I also enjoy going on walks and exploring nature, so I would love to take your child(ren) outside if they, for example, would like to go biking after school or walk around the neighborhood. I enjoy being artistic, from painting, coloring, drawing, and sketching, so I could definitely find some coloring books for me and your kid(s) to do during downtime. I enjoy songwriting and playing guitar, so I could sing the kid(s) a lullaby for sleeping, if or whenever they may need it. I enjoy watching movies and new tv shows, and wouldn't mind coming up with fun family activities to keep you and the kid(s) entertained! Overall, there are so many of my hobbies that I would love to implement with you and your family for an overall wonderful experience! I am very flexible to understanding you and your kids needs, whatever you all may need.

Regarding my experience with babysitting, while I was in college I babysat a numerous amount of children from different families, ranging from the age of 2 up to 12 years old. Most of these children had developmental disorders, and I worked with assisting and caring for them to the best of their needs. During these babysitting times, I really enjoyed my experience and getting to know different families. As for being an Au Pair, it would be a new experience for me, but one I am super interested in, and one I would hope you could but your trust and faith in me to accomplish. I have never been an Au Pair before, but I have always heard from different outlets that it is a great way for young, foreign people to feel at home in a new, international environment.

I would be a wonderful Au Pair to host, because I am a very kind, caring, compassionate individual. I love to put my heart and efforts into almost everything that I do, and making sure that a good result comes out of it. I am very open minded to many different individuals and families, and do my best to try and understand others and what they need. I believe in peace and love and all things graceful and beautiful. I have a big heart, and a warm personality that I believe would be perfect for taking care of you and your family! I would love to learn so much from you all and be a part of your family, and hopefully have so much to offer to you all.
