Hi! My name is Amy. I am a current student at the University of Alabama studying mathematics and french. I have been working with children as a babysitter/nanny since I was thirteen. I have worked with a variety of ages (three months to fifteen years old). Working with children is the most fulfilling and rewarding experience. I'd like to be an Au Pair in order to expand my horizons to new places, and connect with new people.

Becoming an Au Pair abroad will allow me to gain a better understanding and assimilate to new cultures. I would like to live/work abroad in my future, and becoming an Au Pair will give me the first taste of this lifestyle. I have also been studying the French language for several years, however I feel as though I will not be able to achieve fluency until I spend an extended period of time in a Francophone country.
