Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi, My name is Gareth, I run a large property valuation business in Geelong and throughout western Victoria. I have 3 kids, all boys, whom I have 50/50 care off. We live in a beautiful house, on a large block. it has a pool,gym, basketball court, billiards/ game rooms, living rooms, kitchens etc. of high standard. We are also well located to places like the Great Ocean Road, Melbourne and other places you may want to visit.

Job Description

The job is pretty good. In exchange for free rent, in a beautiful house with loads of cool stuff like a basketball court, pool, gym etc. I would like you to be there for the kids when they get home from school, (3.30pm) and assist them with homework, getting them ready for sport, taking them to some basic appointments. In the mornings I will need you to assist in getting ready for school if I am not home, which is rare.
I only have the kids every second week, so when I dont, you can do whatever you like. I may be able to provide some employement in my business additionally, but that will depend on the candidate.
