Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
We are looking for an au-pair to live with us in Normandie (France) in the summer of 2024 during the school holidays.
We have 2 children, Alfred 6 years old, and Audrey 4 years old, and we live in a house in a normandie forest. The au pair will have her own bedroom and bathroom in a separate annex so will have complete privacy. We will need help during the week days, over the weekend the au pair is free to take the train to Paris (1.5h train ride) and go explore anywhere she/he likes.
The job of the aupair would be to do activities at home and look after the children, and do a little bit of basic tutoring each day.
The children speak English as well as French (I am French and my husband is English). Ideally if the person who comes live with us is able to tutor our son in preparation for 7+ exams in the UK, that would be fantastic.
We have pets (a dog and a cat).
We are very outdoorsy and often take trips to the countryside or the coast over the week-ends, which the aupair is welcome to join.
