Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Our house has 4 bedrooms, located in southeastern part of the Greater London. The nearest train station is Orpington, which runs services to major train stations in central London from 5am to midnight. During rush hours, the fast trains take 20 minutes to London Bridge Station. During off-peak hours and weekend, it takes 35-50 minutes to reach central London stations. There are convenient local bus services connecting our house with the train station, high street, leisure centre, cinema and supermarkets. There are also quite a few colleges and universities nearby offer language and many other courses. Our house is a new-built terrace house with modern designs and all brand new furnitures. Our neighbours are very friendly. The area is famous for having many outstanding primary and secondary schools.

Job Description

The required work includes 3 elements:
1. Pick up Charles on Tuesday (and Thursday once the nursery has a vacancy) at 5.30pm and look after him till any one of us gets home;
2. Look after Charles during the day when he is not at nursery on weekdays;
3. Basic houseworks such as cleaning if time allows.
