Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We reside in Roanoke, VA. Its a nice size city with plentiful restaurants, shopping and night life. There is an airport, train station, and multiple grocery options within a 10 minute drive of our home. The community has a pool, workout facilities, golfing, tennis, etc that we can access.

Job Description

So this is the general description of the position... I have a daughter that is almost 4. Her mom and I do not live together. We have 50/50 custody and exchange on Wednesdays. I have her for a week and then her mom has her for a week. On the weeks I have her, I would need your help getting her ready for school, taking her to school, school pickups, etc. While she is at school, I would ask you to clean up the house - organize her room, do laundry etc.

On the weeks I don't have my daughter, I would still need your help with general housework - but given that we don't have my daughter I would ask for more help with special projects around the house. Heavy cleaning, organize the garage, grocery shopping, etc.

I have a nice safe Mercedes SUV available for driving my daughter and you could also use that when you needed to go out. Your room is downstairs and has its own private bath and super large walk in closet. There is also a private living room and kitchenette down there as well as on outdoor patio. I would be happy to send pics if you would like. We have fast internet, and the house is in a high end golf community so you need not worry about safety or crime.
