Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi, we are a family made of me (mum), 32 years old, my husband, 33 years old, a 2-year-old baby girl and a dog. We have traveled a lot and had work experience abroad (in Australia, Canada and the US). We live in a small town at the foot of the mountain, 40 minutes from the nearest city, Udine, 1h by from Austria and 2h from Venice. My husband is often abroad for work so most of the time it's only my daughter and me at home.

I'm raising my daughter bilingual Italian-english and I'd like her to interact with an English native speaker. I'm looking for a girl who is responsible, keen on babies and with previous experience with young children. I strongly belive in the growth mindset and emotional intelligence, so I would like the tutor to avoid any kind of judgment and supports as much as possible a positive communication with my daughter.
