Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We have just purchased a pub/hotel in rylstone nsw we have accommodation food and all bills paid for for the selected applicant as well as a vehicle and weekly wage. We have a house on the same property as the pub where we live and there is 14 rooms in the hotel one of which will be for the successful applicant.
We have a one and five year old daughters, jobs will be some days but mostly nights dinner and bed during end of weeks. Both hubby and I will always be present but will be working in the pub.
