Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Howdy!

We are a family of five who love to travel, be outdoors, and sports. My wife works as a doctor in a medical center and I am a software engineer working 100% from home. We live in a lovely cosy detached house with a garden in a quiet district. All the services are no more than 100 meters away: store food, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, school, kindergarten, ... This is a big city and we are well connected by tram and bus to the city center which is about 3-4km from here. The nearest school language and the University is about 2km away. We have a small vacation home on the beach and where we love to spend some weekends.
We are looking for an English native speaker to join our family to help us with the children and expose them to English.

Job Description

We need someone reliable to fit into our family. In principle, we would like a short stay, between 1 and 3 months, especially for the end of the school year, June-July. We would like her to spend time with the two older children when they are at home and also interact with them in English. She would practically not have to take care of the baby. The kids are at school in the morning on weekdays, so the afternoon is when we would need her. This way she would have the mornings free to attend a Spanish course or whatever.
We don't expect any particular housework to be done, other than what you would normally do in your own home.
With my wife and I, you can speak in Spanish or English, as you prefer.

Accommodation

We have a room with a window to the garden and an ensuite bathroom. The room is on the ground floor. There shower would be available on the first floor.
Access to Wi-Fi throughout the house. Also, a Spanish SIM car may be provided.
There are many spaces to enjoy and play with the kids: cellar, big living room and garden
During the summer we usually install a pool in the garden to cool off.
