Hello!

My name is Ryan and I am from Buffalo, New York, USA. My background is diverse, including experience in music, communications, writing, politics, and more! I wish to experience everything the world has to offer, which is why I am hoping you will become my host family so I can continue exploring the world! To date, I have visited Costa Rica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and 20+ U.S. states.

My childcare experience is broad. I was raised in a large family, often times caring for several cousins and other family members at a time. I have been babysitting since 13 years old and am Red Cross certified in First Aid & CPR (will be renewed before visit) I also have experience caring for special needs children, particularly children with autism, epilepsy, and developmental delays. I have been a volunteer for Special Olympics for four years.

With my background in writing, I would happily teach your child about English, regardless of their current level of knowledge. I also have an above-average level of Spanish and a beginner level of both Italian and Hebrew, both of which I would be glad to teach! If there are any other languages you are looking for your child to learn, I am happy to do that as well.
