Letter to the family

Hi! My name is Mariana I’m 22 years old and I am about to graduate from college as a psychologist with a minor in neuropsychology. I’m caring, a fast learner, proactive, flexible and great at communicating. I am organized and clean and love to help when needed. I enjoy spending time with kids not only playing but actually showing them what I know (topics, languages, crafts, etc). Learning and having new experiences is something I enjoy specially traveling! I’m interested in having an experience in another country while I learn a new language and culture and what a better way to do it than with kids. I have experience teaching and caring children from ages 2-12. I feel like I have a lot to give, about myself and my culture, I want to be part of a family, be a big sister and find a second home. Can’t wait to meet my new family :)

Experience

I am about to graduate in psychology and at the same time finish my diploma in neuropsychology. I have taken courses in literacy and in general I really like taking courses to learn new things. I have work experience with children with disabilities, also teaching reading and writing and giving art therapy classes to children. In addition to that, I worked for a while in customer service.
My motivation to be an au pair is to look for a more accessible way to live a different culture and learn a language. I really like children and to spend time with them I think I am at the perfect age and point in my life to live an experience like this, where I can have a second family and be able to give back to them for their hospitality.
