Cordelia (20 / Ms. ), German, Au Pair living in Germany looking for Au Pair & Caregiver for elderly job in Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Norway & Scotland for 1-2 Months

Dear future host family,

My name is Cordelia and I am 20 years old.
I have two younger siblings. My brother is 18 years old and my sister is 9 years old.

After finishing my A-Levels I worked in Austria during the winter season and went to Canada by myself for 3 months.
Currently I am living in Rostock and I'm studying elementary teaching. One subject is English and therefore I have to go to an English speaking country for 3 months.

On the one hand my experiences with children come from babysitting my younger sister. I love to see her growing up. I changed her diapers, played with her in my free time and helped her with homework. In addition I did her school tasks with her, while we all had to stay at home because of Covid 19.
But we also read, paint and sing together. Besides we explore the nature and play games.
I enjoy taking on the responsibilty and learned how much I enjoy spending time with children.
On the other hand I'm helping a 12 years old boy with his englisch stuff from school. So I'm giving tutoring.

Besides that, in our family we split up the household and that is why I am familiar with most of the tasks. I also enjoy cooking and baking.

In my free time I played the flute and was part of a club, named Ki Tai Jutsu. It is a sport like self-defense. I like reading books, meeting my friends, making trips and do some sports.

I liked to be an Au Pair a long time ago. I love playing with the kids, spend time outside and do a lot of fun activities. I would like to help the older children with their homework.

For me, it is important that I can support the family, that the children are happy and that we all have a trustful, friendly and kind relationshil all time.
