Dear Host Family, 

My name is Alben, but everyone calls me Pia from the Philippines. I'm 23 years old, transgender, and currently residing in Mandaure City, Cebu. I lived alone in Cebu City, and my parents are far from me; they live in the province of Mindanao in Mahayag ZDS. My mother's name is Peregrina, and my father's name is Romeo, and I have one elder sister named Rena Mae and her baby John Kyrios.
I am a college graduate with a bachelor of science in management accounting from the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue. I chose this course because of my big plan to build and manage my own business someday. 
 
I had so much experience babysitting because I was the one who babysat my cousin's baby from my father's side from toddlerhood to 7 years old. Her name is Angela. My duties are to feed and take care of the baby and prepare the formula. My objective is to help with everything that the baby's needs and have a good relationship with the parents. And I was the one who babysat Zeddaine for 3 years, from my mother's side. My duties were to pick him up from school, prepare a snack, play in the park, complete homework activities, shower, and dress him. Play with him. Feed him his meals. cared for him and taught him new things.
Aside from that, I also had experience being a CSR way back in 2023. From July 15 until June 12, I was a customer service representative at FIS Global Solutions. But our account was handed over to Teleperformance in June 2023, and up until now, I am still working for the same client. My account was financial, and it's Zelle.
I feel excited to work with you because I decided to work as an au pair. Working with kids in a different place than my country is a good way to learn about a different culture and another language and have a great experience. I really enjoy being around children, traveling around the world, playing extreme games, reading, painting, sharing with family, and learning new things every day. 
Being part of the childhood and care of a kid is very important; understand them. that the kids learn new things thanks to me and help them in different situations that they will need.
