Letter to the family

I am the oldest of 7 children. I have a younger brother with special needs as he is autistic and a nephew who is also on the autism spectrum and I have worked closely with children diagnosed with down syndrome and teen children diagnosed with autism. I volunteered for a year at a local learning center for children on the autism spectrum and I was previously an Autism Speaks Ambassador for New England and on the Vermont Autism Task Force. The last 3 years I have worked for a head start and early head start program focused on children between the ages of 3-5 years old and I have a very strong background in working with children of various ages.

I am excited about being a nanny abroad because I have strong planning, organization, and communication skills as well as I am very creative. I have been to Europe a few times and my family is originally from England. I would love the opportunity to learn about other cultures and get the opportunity to travel.
