Letter to the family

Dear Future Host Family,

Bonjour! My name is Juliet Wakasa , a 22 -year-old Kenyan with a heart full of wanderlust and a passion for child care. I am already in France with a valid visa and would like to start as soon as possible.

For the past 4 years, I've cherished experiences caring for children. I've volunteered at a daycare in Nairobi and I babysat my younger siblings/cousins. I have also been an au pair in France for one year. These experiences have ignited a desire to become an au pair, allowing me to combine my love for children with the thrill of cultural immersion.

I'm eager to become a positive role model and supportive companion for your children. I can help with after-school care, homework help, preparing meals and organizing fun activities for the kids. Additionally, I'm a fast learner and would love to learn your language and traditions alongside your children.

Beyond childcare, I can also contribute to your household by helping with light housework, errands, etc. I'm a responsible and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

I'm incredibly excited about the prospect of joining your family and becoming part of your daily life. I believe this experience will be enriching for all of us. I've attached my resume for your reference, outlining my qualifications and experience in more detail.

Thank you for considering my application. I eagerly await the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about your wonderful family!

Warmly,

Juliet Wakasa.
