Dear host family,
My name is sheillah but my friends and my close family members call me 'shee'.I am 23 years old currently living in Nairobi the capital city of kenya.Kenya is located in East africa and originally am from kisii one of the biggest tribes in kenya.The kisii people are well known with their diverse culture and traditional believes and values such as humility and kindness.Kisii is also one of the farming spots in the country as all types of crops and fruits are grown on the farms.
Iam tender,loving,playful,tidy,hardworking,easygoing,honest,social,cheerful and responsible girl.My love for kids is unconditional and i love taking care of them,their health,safety and wellbeing are the most important things to me.
I also love pets as i am from afamily that adores pets and my favourite pet is my dog called Klawi.
I come from a large family as i am the second born with four other siblings.our extended family lives within 10 mile radius of each other since they are into farming activities and as a result they see each other alot hence we are able to maintain good relationship with one another as we value family as a special unit of love.
I am a social person as a result i have got many friends whom i view as family.I cherish and value my felationships choosing to surround myself with loyal and fun people.
I do describe my strength as a future aupair with an ability to bond well with kids as i have a playful nature that makes kids easily drawn to me and as a result being able to mentor kids as their rolemodel in various aspects of life not forgetting acting as their elder sister.
My weakness as a future aupair is not being able to dettach with people am already attached with and more especially kids as i view them as my second family.
My expectation is to hopefully get a host family that will be happy to welcome me into their family as i wish to immerse myself in the culture of the family as we exhange our different cultures.I prefer a long term stay of minimum one year and maximum 2 years depending with the connection we form with the family.
