Hello dear host family
I am Christabel a 21 year old female from Kenya. I am currently living in Kenya. I speak fluent English and I have basic knowledge of German. Am currently in my third year in university taking bachelor of science education. My love for children drives me and motivates me to reach my goal of becoming a teacher. During my school holidays I tutor children in my neighborhood and baby sit when the parents are busy with work.In school I have undergone training on how to manage and take care of children and deal with them with care and love. As part of our learning in university we visit schools where we read the children stories, play with them, tutor them and advice those who are in higher grades. When am at home I am at times left with my siblings when my parents are out working. I am a fun loving, responsible, reliable dedicated and creative person. I love swimming, crocheting, bike riding, playing chess and cooking. I love trying out new recipes. Children are my inspiration and taking care of them makes me happy and fulfilled.
I want to came to the your country as it will bring me new opportunities, I will be able to interact with you and other people and learn a different culture and your way of living, I will be able to teach your family about my culture about our Kenyan culture,it Will also be an opportunity for me to travel and I can further my studies while there.
My achievements with children include my ability to easily bond with them, there is always this connection between me and children.I love children.I have not experienced any challenges with children so far as I am trained and still under doing training on how to stay with children without encountering challenges or incase you see an upcoming challenge you solve it before it affects the child.We are taught to make children love and trust us so they can trust us instead of freaking out
