Dear host family,

My name is Priya, I am twenty-two years old, and I am a working writer and recent graduate of New York University.

I want to au pair and/or work as a live-in tutor as I am extremely passionate about exploring new places, aiding in education, working with families, and fulfilling the role as a mentor or guide for young people. I truly care about being a supportive force and safe space for children and hope to encourage them in their schooling and in their growth.

I am extremely clean, organized, driven, and I am good at adapting to new environments.

I have extensive training in tutoring, and have worked with children for a good amount of my life. I spent four years working in a daycare, where I helped with homework, played with, and watched children between the ages of 0-13. I have babysat for my entire life, staying with, and remaining close with families for as many as seven years.

I aim to be a warm and welcoming force and to support families in whatever they may need. As an older sister I consider my relationships and my guidance offered to my younger siblings to be one of the great joys of my life and what I pride myself most in. So I would very much love the opportunity to support and do similar as an au pair.
