driauana (24 / Ms. ), American, Teacher living in USA looking for Au Pair job in Ireland, Switzerland, Türkiye, USA & United Kingdom for 2-12 Months

My experience is wide ranged. I started as a babysitter at 13, then at 18 worked at an after school/daycare for 5-6 years, became a nanny, moved to another state and worked at a sports camp for 6 months then became a substitute teacher. I worked with a single mother of twin boys so safe to say that there were days that were overwhelming. Not too hard to have me quit. We always our communication easy when it was about her children separate from our professional relationship. We never spoke out of term. if there was an issue we discussed solutions or spoke it out. Eventually i became apart of their family. It's come to a point in my life where i have feel like i have done and seen, given love to, many children in the US. I'd like to expand my knowledge and culture by learning and living with a family that could take me in like my own. It's just a bonus that i could do what i love to do but somewhere no one would expect me to be. Being an Au Pair abroad comes with new challenges and gaining an appreciation that i otherwise wouldn't have had.
