Hello, my dear host family!
My name is Peter . I’m 19 years old, and at the moment I live in Russia.
I want to become an au pair because I love the kids and care for them first of all. I’ve always been interested in spending time with my kids and studying the culture of another country. In addition, I am willing to learn more about the American culture and traditions as it enhances my English skills as well.
Actually, I really like children, like to spend time with them, and also to teach something useful to them. I’ve already got about 800 hours of teaching for the teenagers. In September 2023, I will be working as a social science mentor for three years. Furthermore, I worked in a school camp as a counsellor for children between the ages of 12 and 13 and as a curator at my university.
I also have a niece that I took care of while her parents were away on important matters. I have therefore worked experience with children between 4 and 8 years old. We were playing various games, making something handmade, reading fairy tales and so on. So, I can say that I have an varied experience in working with children.
I really think, I’m very responsible, positive, friendly and sociable person. Also, I like pets very much. I can teach your children cook, play volleyball, work out. Also, I know how to make handmade, like home decorations, I’m sure, your kids will never be bored with me!
