want her to be my little sister and consider my kids as her own siblings , it's so important that she's patient enough to take care of little kids , my kids are good but still they are still kids need love , care , have fun with them , create and be lover to them. It’s very important to us that the Au pair have a quality time with the kids away from her phone so she can gain their trust and be close to them we really don’t have a hard rules but we just want our kids to have a fun time , play time and creative time where they can learn and do some beneficial activities.

Job Description

my husband works from 9 Am to 6 pm five days a week and sometimes six days he has his own business, I work as a nurse 2 days a week 12 hours day shift and two 12 hours shift nights . I also have to work one weekend or 2 weekends per month it depends . in our free time we play with kids , swim, take them outside or just stay home and relax.
we usually do home cleaning , we like to do grilling and go outside with kids to either restaurant or play ground, sometimes me and my husband are both busy with work but it's rare may be once or two a month
my husband sometimes need to travel for work but not me, we travel to have vacation most of the times
we don't usually go outside during the night only for occasions like our birthdays , anniversary , valentines.
