Work abroad in Ilinca's family for 10-24 Months starting from Sep 2024 as an Au Pair and Nanny to take care of 3 children of 1 - 5 years old & 6 - 10 years old in Les Loges-en-Josas, Île-de-France France

We live in a small and very beautiful village near Versailles, in the Paris region. Our house is 40 minutes by train from Paris. We have 5 girls aged 14 months, 6 years, 8 years, 12 and 14 years.

We have a big house with a big garden, because one of our hobbies is gardening. We love walking in the forests around us, cycling, skiing in winter. We enjoy quality time with family.

Girls' hobbies are horse riding, dancing, judo, basketball.

We are both engineers, honest, serious people, committed to respect and politeness, which we try to teach our children every day.

We are looking for a nanny for the following activities:
- Keep the baby
- Look after the 2 smallest after school which ends on weekdays at 4:30 p.m. On Wednesdays, as there is no school, they have to be kept at home. The 2 eldest are independent and do not need babysitting.
- to do the housework

So we are interested in full-time nanny employment.

We have already had several experiences with au pairs and live-in nannies, so we are used to having someone in our house and treating them like part of our family. In our experience, it is very important to set the rules from the start, so that there are no misunderstandings later. Quality communication is also essential for a good au pair - family relationship, we are very attached to it.

Our preferences are towards Romanian-speaking au pairs, since I (the mother) am of Romanian origin and try to maintain ties with my home country. At home we mainly speak French, the children speak French among themselves, but I speak to them in Romanian which they speak and understand very well.
