Hello dear au pair,

Thank you for your interest in our little family. Our family consists of dad (36 years, IT entrepreneur) and mom (35 years, medical assistant), as well as 2 children (girl 8 years and boy 3 years) and a faithful dog (12 years. very agile, but very well trained. The care and upbringing remains purely with dad).

We live in a village between 3 larger cities (Kiel, Hamburg, Lübeck) with direct connections by train, bus or car. The Baltic Sea can be reached by train within 30 minutes, or by car within 20 minutes.

As a family we do a lot together (visiting friends, walks along the Baltic Sea and often to the Hansa Park). We like to travel through Germany / Europe with our caravan. There is no obligation to travel.

Dad almost always works from home and so we combine daily tasks together. Everyone has their own tasks. Mom works half days on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We would like a loving au pair for me and my brother. We like to play board games or read books. We rarely play together harmoniously, so you should bring a good dose of patience. We also rarely agree on what to eat, you should be able to manage without meat. My brother is not a meat lover. We cook fresh.

You should also be active in sports, I like roller skating and need a chaperone. On Thursdays I go horse riding with my dad.

In winter we often go swimming, to Christmas markets and indoor playgrounds. Mom and Dad would like a reliable person to look after us in the evenings so that you can go out.

You can stay in our guest room (25 square meters) with a view of the garden and paddock. Currently consisting of a bed-couch and desk.
