Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi! We’re a family of 4 leaving in Greenwich, Connecticut. We’re very close to the train station (10/15 min driving) that takes up in 1 hr to Grand Central Station, Manhattan. We’re easy going. Since we have a baby last year and also having a kid starting kindergarten we’re looking for help so I can go back to business and also my husband job get busy sometimes.

Job Description

The most important for us is our kids. Bringing them a respectful environment is vital, being patient, avoiding as much as we can junk food, screens, listening and validating their emotions.
We will define with the routine what works better for us but basically thinking on:
Get ready and drop/pick our kid from school
Check if has some homework and let us know
Play time and avoid lot of tv time
Taking care or the baby during couple of ours in the day (putting on a nap, feeding, changing diapers, etc)
Some House basics like doing laundry, some meal, beds, vacuum.
