Work abroad in Thomas's family for 12-24 Months starting from Mar 2024 as an Au Pair and Nanny to take care of 1 children of 6 - 10 years old in Vienna, Virginia USA

We are a Chinese-American family looking for an au pair from Taiwan or China. We have a five-and-a-half year old boy kindergartner for one, with opportunity to extend for up to additional two years. We live in the suburbs, west of Washington, D.C. in Virginia. We are a co-parenting family, i.e. father and mother are divorced and maintain residences less than five miles apart. The father will be away on travel during this period. The mother will be the primary caretaker during this period.

We would like a female au pair or nanny, preferably with college education, speaks Mandarin Chinese, have some experience in child care, and is able to drive, to assist in child care. The requirements will be before and after school care, to include pickup from bus stop, driving to after school activities, keeping company, and assisting with homework, during the school week and during the weekend. The au pair will stay at the father's residence, provide some basic housekeeping, and assist with taking care of the pets whom lives with the mother.
