Au Pair in Finland

She joined our family and immediately got close to my daughter spent time. Although had some shortfall in some work, the way she has been keeping herself positive was a good to our family. Sadly she needs to leave us due to her health status before completing her term which was supposed to be 1 year, however it has been a good experience for both au pair and my daughter.

I spent 2 months with the children which was not easy but still went very well. I spoke with the children in French. With parents, especially with the dad, it's more complicated. If we have a problem or something else, we only have to see it with the mom since she's the one who manages everything. If we want to go out on our day off, we need the car because there is nothing around. With this family, you have to know how to manage the children from A to Z even when the parents are present. I only took one day off per week and the breaks from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. then free from 7 p.m. Possibility of eating with the family at lunchtime and in the evening. There is the presence of the maternal grandmother throughout the stay. We don't cook or clean, just take care of the children. My advice is to speak to the family as soon as there is a problem to avoid any discomfort and impose our break times which can sometimes be shortened. In one of my photos, it's not the grandmother, it's a long-time friend of the family who comes every summer.
