I stayed with a family of 5 for 4 weeks on the coast of spain. i mainly taught the youngest daughter (15) english and spent time with her during the days in the week. however, i became good friends with everyone in the family. they were very welcoming and treated me as a part of the family. i found it to be a very good experience, i learned how to be away from my family for a long time, how to manage new relationships on my own, how to manage money and flying on my own. i gained lots of amazing and beautiful memories and i now have a great set of communication skills. it is difficult to navigate a language barrier but once you get the hang of it, you begin to understand each other perfectly !!

Selina was a terrific Au Pair. Our boys absolutely loved spending time with her. Wishing her all the best in her final exams now that she is headed back to University in January.

I found Angela through AuPair.com and she has been absolutely lovely. We have had several facetimes and texted back and forth for a few weeks. She seems very personable and I anticipate she will fit right in with our family. She starts with us next summer and will be with us for just under 6 months.
