Hi there!

My name is Danielle and I'm an 18 year old from New Zealand! II have a love for films, literacy texts and animals! In my free time I am usually reading, playing with my two dogs, writing reports or creative writing, swimming and going out to brunch. I am a social, friendly, bubbly and kind person who loves putting a smile on others faces which I will always strive to do!

I have been working as an after school care support at a primary school. This job includes looking after children from the ages of 5 - 11 and I would prepare their afternoon tea, lead them in games, help them with arts and crafts, bake, read to them and in the holidays supervise them on trips to places such as the Zoo. I have gained a lot of experience about working with kids from this job and it has provided me with so much joy for being able to bring a smile to their faces!

What motivated me to apply to become an Au Pair is for the experience to travel abroad while feeling connected to a family. My own family is the most important thing to me and i believe to be welcomed into someone elses' is so special. I was so much younger then the rest of my family so I did feel a little bit left out at times. This has always inspired me to try pass down onto people the importance of a family bond as I have learnt through growing up that through it all your family will always be there for you. So I wanted to be an Au Pair to feel this family bond well I am away from my own.

I am a friendly person who has been raised in a house full of Kiwi cultures that I would love to share with others. My work experience has helped me to come out of my initial shy shell and helped me to gain more confidence in myself and my on feet decision making. I pride myself on my kindness and I would love to be welcomed into your home!
