Letter to the family

Hello there! My name is Erin, I am a design student from Glasgow, Scotland currently working at a kids summer camp in Valais, Switzerland and planning to stay abroad for longer.
I have worked at summer camps for the last 3 years, in Canada and Switzerland, as an arts and crafts specialist, as well as a counsellor. I am naturally very good with children and value manners, kindness and trust.
I am a native English speaker, with basic french, and would really welcome the opportunity to learn another language.

Experience

I worked at a summer camp in Canada (2019) as a nanny to very young children (1-5 years old) of several senior staff members. I designed daily schedules of activities for the children to keep them entertained all day, this included sport and art activities. I supervised meal and snack times, as well as bed times.
For the past two years I have worked in a summer camp in Switzerland, where I also attended as a camper, as an art teacher and counsellor to a group of girls (10-12 years old).
