Yağmur (22 / Ms. ), Turkish, living in Türkiye looking for Au Pair job in Austria, Germany, Ireland, Sweden & Switzerland for 12-20 Months

My name is Yağmur, and I am writing to express my interest in becoming an Au Pair. I would like to share my background, motivations, and qualifications that make me a good candidate for an Au Pair.
Firstly, let me introduce myself. I am a 21-year-old living in Turkey. I study English Translation and Interpreting at Ege University. I will graduate in July 2024. I have always loved learning languages. I studied English, then I started to learn German. I am interested in experiencing different cultures; therefore, I like attending volunteer jobs in which I can contribute to the World and immerse new cultures. In high school, I participated in an abroad Erasmus Project on Math and Science and attended meetings in Spain for a week. In 2022, I applied to a volunteer Project of AIESEC and got accepted. I stayed in Egypt, Cairo for 45 days and helped a foundation called Scouting for Peace to promote and create campaigns for children. While studying I worked at many fields. I worked as a teacher for a month in American Culture Language School, one of the English courses in Turkey. Since 2021, I have been working as a freelance translator. I have translated four books from English to Turkish.
I understand the importance of family, having grown up in a small, loving household. During my childhood, I had my older sister as a positive influence and role model. I hope to bring that same sense of warmth and guidance as a sister figure for your children. Thanks to my family, the values of responsibility, respect, and cultural diversity have been instilled in me. I have always been drawn to exploring new cultures, meeting new people, and broadening my horizons. These desires have fueled my passion for becoming an Au Pair, as it allows me to immerse myself in a new culture while also contributing to the well-being of others.
The reason I aspire to become an Au Pair is multifaceted. First and foremost, I genuinely adore spending time with children and find their energy, curiosity, and innocence incredibly inspiring. Being an Au Pair would not only provide me with the opportunity to nurture and guide young minds but also allow me to share experiences and create lasting memories.
Furthermore, I believe that cultural exchange is one of the most enriching experiences one can have. I will not only share my own culture and traditions with your family but also embrace yours.
I am a quick learner, adaptable, and open to feedback, which I believe are essential traits in any field of life.
