Paige (23 / Ms. ), American, Teacher living in USA looking for Au Pair job in France, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands & Türkiye for 4-12 Months

Hi!
My name is Paige. I am 22 years old, and soon to be a college graduate with my teaching degree. I am originally from California and have attended college in Virginia for the last four years. I am the oldest of four children, all girls, and absolutely love it. Growing up in a large family meant I became a babysitter as early as I could be, and have babysat, nannied and cared for children since I was about 10 years old. I played softball and volleyball starting at age 5 all the way through high school, and my dad is a high school football coach, so sports is something I very much enjoy! I love traveling, going outside, going to the gym and running, cooking and watching movies, and thrifting!
Traveling is something I wish I could do all the time, and I do when I get the chance! I have close friends that have experience with being an Au Pair, and they can never say enough positive things about their time with their host families. Could I travel to another country without applying to be an Au Pair? Definitely. However, I would love to expand both my traveling and childcare experiences by caring for children in another country! I also feel that living with a family who is comfortable and familiar with a country that is foreign and unfamiliar to me is the best way to learn and get the most out of my experience!
Why should you host me? I am sure there are hundreds if not more, candidates that are excited about the opportunity to experience another country with a family. What makes me different? For starters, as I have mentioned, I grew up in a large family, which in it of itself gave me (and still is!) much experience with childcare. I helped my mom with my sisters when they were babies up until they reached their teens, and that is when sports become the after-school babysitter! With my degree in education, I also have classroom/teaching experience with children from kindergarten to 4th grade. I have the most classroom experience with 3rd grade, ages 8+9.
