I am Shanice, 21 years old from Kenya .I want to become an Au Pair because I believe in my ability to connect with children and I have a genuine love for children and enjoy spending time with them.I will be able to communicate effectively with my host family and their children...I being the first born child ,I have over five years of experience working with children in various settings including as a nanny and a babysitter. I am also very patient even when things are not going as planned, and I am able to keep calm demeanor in challenging situations
