Hello! My name is Hannah and I would absolutely love the opportunity to be a summer Au Pair! I am 22 years old and I have been born and raised in the United States of America. I would make an excellent au pair and nanny because I have a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and have experience teaching and taking care of children in many non-traditional education settings. I have worked as an instructor at a science day camp, worked at a local Boys and Girls Club, coached a girls running team, have been a summer camp counselor, and taught reading classes this past summer, to name a few. I have also worked as a babysitter for several years as well! I'm currently a first year teacher for 8 and 9 year olds and I love building relationships with my students and helping them find joy in learning. Aside from experience in childcare, I have a positive, sweet, responsible, reliable personality and get along well with many personality types. I would be a great addition to your home for the summer

Experience

I have experience babysitting since I was twelve years old, primarily ages 5-12 kids. I have worked various child-care jobs and I find joy in working with children because they are very fun and have unique perspectives and knowledge. I would like to become an Au Pair and Nanny abroad because I would love to explore Europe and gain new experiences and perspectives and I love working with children. I have always been fascinated by Europe and I have dreamed of an opportunity to visit. Being an Au Pair is an ideal way to accomplish this because I will receive an income while spending time in a new culture and gaining new experiences. Living in a host families home would also give me a more personal experience and perspective of life in a new country.
