Christine (23 / Ms. ), Filipino, Administration living in Philippines looking for Au Pair job in Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway & Switzerland for 6-24 Months

Good day!

I am writing this letter to show my interest on applying as one of your aupair members. I am Christine from the Philippines in the province of Bohol. I graduated last June 29, 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree of an Office Administration at the Bohol Island State University. I was just turning 23 last February 5 and I am the eldest daughter in our family which is the reason why that I have to work extra hard for me to help my family's financial needs since I still have a two sister who went into college and a younger brother in highschool. My mother is currently unemployed and they we're just depending on my father's salary which is not enough for us. So I made a decision to have a work after I graduate and now I am currently working as an LTO Administrator at Wrenleys Appliance Plaza.

My parents' friends and family are among the many foreign workers in our area who, it seems, made their life considerably simpler. Since I was four years old, I've been dreaming of a better life and a better house, which they have motivated me to travel overseas ever since. I have helped my parents take care of my other siblings since we were all one or two years apart. Even during primary school, I sell snacks to my classmates and do household chores like cooking, cleaning, and washing my parents and siblings clothes which it turns to be my hobbies until now. I also accompanied and helped my mother when she had a sideline or worked as a helper or babysitter to earn money for our school needs. Given the situation we have had since then, I have become more courageous and have developed more perseverance to succeed, make our lives better, and successfully become what I am right now.

Having had those experiences since childhood, I have become more knowledgeable about taking care of a baby, doing household chores, and becoming more hardworking. Also, it made me more passionate about taking care of children, even our neighbor's child. I insisted on taking care of her like my own sister. I took her for a bath, fed her, changed her clothes, and taught her to walk and dance until she was a 4-year-old baby. Our bonds become stronger and stronger. I also teach her how to write her name, and since I really love mathematics more than any other subject, I also teach her some basic mathematics that makes me feel butterflies in my stomach every time she gets to understand and doesn't forget what I have taught her for days.

I am a woman with a passion and a great dedication towards work, and I believe that those who experience poverty and make themselves hardworking are the ones who can be reliable, trustworthy, and promising in doing their work as a helper, babysitter, or any other career they want to be in. I am confident that having those qualities and skills will be a great fit for fhe customer service at your program.
