Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
My name is Sasha, I grew up in Moscow and now live in the Netherlands with my Dutch husband and three kids. We live in a big apartment in Amsterdam not far from the city center. We had 8 au pairs already and it always was such a wonderful experience.
We are a family of five. We have three kids - 9, 8 and 1 year old. They do swimming, ballet and play field hockey. At home we speak Russian, Dutch and English.
We live in a big home in the east side of Amsterdam, only 10 minutes by bike from the city center. You will have your own room and your own shower. Amsterdam is a cool international city with vivid cultural life, lots of restaurants, clubs and museums. It is easy to find friends here.
Job Description
Usually our au pair takes care of the kids and does light housework (e.g.ironing, keeping house tidy, cooking for kids). The au works about 25-30 hours per week.
