Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi just starting to look for an Au Pair or nanny. I'm a single father of three I share custody with their mother and have my children every other three-day weekend and once or twice during the week. Looking for someone to watch and educate the children while I'm at work. I'm a police officer and my hours can be hard during the summer working 15+ hours days especially on the weekends. My children ages are 8, 6, 4 my youngest has a small speech issue but can articulate his needs and comprehends everything that his said but has a hard time expressing himself. Things that would I need for them is basic homework help meals laundry and some basic cleaning around the home. I am also trying to teach my kids Islam I am a moderately prating Muslim and would like someone that could help with basic Islamic education and Arabic, if possible, for them. I live in a suburb that is 20 mins outside Chicago.

The home has Wi-Fi and plenty of entertainment Netflix Hulu and such. I can provide a cell phone and a car for transportation. There are only three rooms in the house., and the daughter's room would have to be shared with her however my kids are only home on average about 3 days a week the room would be shared. Close to downtown
