Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello everyone, we are excited to enjoy the aupair experience, we are a couple (with two children) who lives in Vilafranca del Penedès near Barcelona city (50 km away). Vilafranca is a beautiful town surrounded by vineyards of a sparkling wine called cava and Catalan traditions such as castellers. We live near the old town, less than 10 minutes walking and 15 minutes walking from the bus and train station (1 hour to Barcelona by train). and 15 minutes by car from the beach
We have lived away from home for some time, Angel (U.K. and the Netherlands) and Sara (U.S.A.) so we know what it means to be away from home and we empathize in that sense.

Job Description

This family is made up of four members, Sara and Angel the parents and the children, a playful three-year-old little boy and a cheerful one-year-old girl. Our interest is to enjoy this experience getting to know other cultures, if possible try to speak in English with us and the children and we can also teach you Spanish.
We love traveling around the world (admittedly, it's a little difficult right now, hehe).

Accommodation

The house is a three-bedroom duplex, the au pair's is at the main entrance, next to a full bathroom that will be shared mainly by the children (they bathe here), the common areas are the living room, kitchen, a terrace small and at the top a larger terrace that you can enjoy, in the room there is a good wifi signal, as well as heating and a ceiling fan , smart tv,and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible :) [### ] Children go to kindergarten, the important duty (not every day) is to take them and bring them home and spend time playing with them. Because of work, sometimes we have little time. While they are in kindergarten, the au pair can have free time for whatever she needs. Our idea is not to delegate the care of the little ones, all help is welcome, the important thing is that at specific times you can entertain, play and learn. We consider it important that the objective as an au pair is clear and that is to enjoy the experience on both sides.
