Isabella (25 / Ms. ), Australian & Italian, Unemployed living in Australia looking for Au Pair & Live-in Tutor job in France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway & Switzerland for 1-2 Months

My name is Isabella, and I’m excited to introduce myself to you. I’m an Australian with Italian roots, and I’m lucky to hold dual citizenship. Recently, I graduated with a Master's degree in International Relations from the Netherlands, and I spent a year living abroad, meeting new people and travelling to some incredible places.

Although my Master's degree is in International Relations, I also have a BA. in Architecture from Sydney. During this degree, I also studied in Budapest. I love exploring new cultures, meeting people, and trying new things. I find joy in the outdoors, and I'm also an avid landscape photographer and love being creative or thinking outside the box.

Whether it’s Dutch, Hungarian, or any other language, I enjoy picking up new phrases and immersing myself in different linguistic worlds. I'm really looking forward to potentially learning a new language whether it be French, German or improving my basic level of Italian.

As an au pair, I hope to become a supportive and caring presence in your family’s life. I’m eager to share my experiences and energy with your children, helping them learn and grow in a nurturing environment. I am a warm person, with great interpersonal skills from my various educational and professional experiences. I have also worked for my university during my BA, as a Notetaker for students with disabilities and as a Peer Tutor for new university students. This was a wonderful experience to foster a strong sense of appreciation for diversity, personal confidence and communication skills. I have five first cousins between the ages of 3 and 13. I believe I have a natural flair for communicating with kids and connecting with them over something they love or by teaching them something new. I spent last Sunday teaching two girl cousins aged 11 and 7 how to skateboard.

I would describe myself as funny, warm, dedicated, observant with a love for adventure. I have been raised to have exceptional manners and this has grown into a very strong sense of self awareness. I have strong conversation skills and love to connect over thoughtful conversation or by making people laugh. I am a bit of an ambivert depending on the circumstances I'm in. Sometimes I enjoy spending time around big groups of people and sometimes I prefer smaller groups or some time by myself.

I'm looking for a new opportunity to grow as an individual by putting myself again outside my usual routine. I'm seeking a break from my professional career before diving back into the search for an role in an NGO or IGO later this year, and believe this could be a great opportunity to learn new skills, find my footing again in Europe, make connections and immerse myself in a beautiful and diverse country in the heart of Europe.
